Episode 11 – Frozen

Similar to last week, I have not made any substantial progress this week either. I really wanted to do it today but somehow chickened out again. It was only a matter of making some phone calls and yet for some reason, I was unable to do what is necessary. I feel bad but not horrible. The only reason why I don't feel completely horrible is because I have made a decision to stop putting any more money into my spending.

The website will be the last of my outgoing expense for the time being. At least for marketing expenses. I have done enough research for the moment and have decided somewhat rashly on another niche. It's somewhat rashly because I have already done a little too much of reading and learning. Frankly I'm tired of just studying and absorbing information. I don't think you ever will learn enough in this business. It's just like no matter how much you learn about riding a bicycle nothing will happen until you get on one.

With all that said, over the last few episodes I have done quite a bit of reading on “subject to” and mobile home investing strategies. I skipped some podcasts and went to episodes 70 and 75. I digged through a lot of posts on biggerpockets and read quite a bit. I think I'm ready to go. I have already composed a list of mobile parks and their phone numbers. It was completed during the week and yet some how I have procrastinated until now.

Business aside, I am now at episode 50 of the podcast, so I'm slowly catching up to the present. I have fished a book I was reading and I think it will help me in my endeavors greatly. Going forward, I think there will be quite a few short posts. Until I actually make concrete progress I will either be frustrated and angry or frozen and scared.

It's alright though. Tomorrow will be a whole new week and all I need is to just take it one step at a time. Alright folks, that's all I got. Peace.
