Curb Appeal Monday

Today was a productive day.  The oil tank was replaced at our flip so we went and did all the landscaping in the front of the house including some mulch, shrubs, and flowers.  We also planted a good amount of grass seed to a fairly bare lawn.  I should have some before and after pictures to share soon.  I am keeping this post short just because I'm tired and I wanted to make sure I made a post like I told myself I would.  I also started a new read over the weekend "Zillow Talk" I should have a review by the end of the week it's been very interesting so far.
