Any color but pink, please!

Think Pink!  No need to adjust your color ratio on your screen, it really is that pink.  They even managed to get to the ceiling to ensure full Pepto Bismol coverage.

Well, it might appear to have an overabundance of pink, however, I know a guy who's color blind and thinks it's just fine the way it is (he sees pink as shades of gray).

When I posted these photos on Facebook, only one person liked it exactly As-Is.  The kicker is, this property is huge 6 bed/4 bath property in a great neighborhood.  But it is zoned for single family, and it's listed under multi-family, 2 to 4 units.  Maybe this one slipped under the radar?

Now, I know that one investor's pink bathroom delight is another's demolition job, but regardless, I'd love to get feedback on this property. It's been on the market for nearly a year, with no price changes at $299,500.   This one is a bit pricey for my local investors' preferences, although I am interested in the area.  If I had to gut 4 bathrooms, that would put me under.  But it is quite tempting as a giant project.
