It's finally here! On Friday, June 12, please join us as we evaluate a local property in St. Charles to discuss the pros/cons of it and to see it before demolition begins. We are planning to do a monthly workshop at a local property that either a group member is working on or one that someone is considering to purchase.

There are no sales pitches, no fees, requirements,  education, training or mentoring. This is an informal group of dedicated community members, looking to meet up and discuss local property. Bring a friend and grow the network. No strings attached!

The market place has shifted into the lower summer gear and I know plenty of investors are hard at work, analyzing deals, checking with contractors and keeping a running tab of the construction. Some days, it seems like a mountain of complications pile up and other days have twice as many.

But most days, I've learned new things as I take something and transform it to something better. The days might be a bit crazy, but then, there is no other job like real estate investing that offers the same risk and freedom tied into it, is there?
