Why is this blog named so?

At first glance you may look at this blog and think I am throwing a pity party or a wine fest but that is simply not the case. At present the question I pose in the description is still unanswered but I still have an interest and love in real estate investing despite 7 years of failed deals and credit card payments. My intent in this blog is document my journey to success so that those who come after me will know it can be done no matter how grim things look.
