Hello fellow bloggers this is my first time ever blogging anything I hope that I can keep my blog interesting enough to read. My husband and I are going to start investing in properties to rent our plan is to flip a couple of properties to get some cash flow going then start looking for two or for units to start renting. Is there anyone out there with any suggestions on what not to do as well as what to do.
