I just got my first fix and flip pproject under cdontract !

the numbers purchase 56,000

repairs 50,000

Holding cost:5,000

Realtor costs: 6,000(I will be the listing agent half comes to me)

Clsong Costs: 2,000

ALl in : 119,000

ARv :180,000 (160,000 conservatively)

61,000 profit!

  2. This weeks goal is to find 2 deals a day-7 days a week =14 deals a week I want to keep 2 for fix and flip and the other 12 wholesale!
