What The????

These last two days have been discouraging. I am trying to get some information from a real estate agent that seems to not know how to get it or thinks it is not possible to get it. I have been wondering if I should get licensed or just get a job until the VA says otherwise. I am not sure if the title agent could get me the same information but the one glimmer of hope is I will be meeting a investor that may mentor me. Things are very tight right now and it is making my vision very short but I know I would be working my self to death to keep my ultimate Goal but I need to have a life.  Maybe a friendly post in the forums will get a real estate agent to contact and help me. All I need to 2 reports and off I go. However, it is not reports that is often (if ever) done. Ok, enough with the pity party. Let's see if I can find someone to help.
