The best way to find deals is to setup a two-stage search. One search is for deals that you should stop what you are doing and take a look at the property. This search is setup for instant notifications. The second search is setup on an hourly notification for deals that may be hidden gems.

For the first search we are going to setup is for an RScore of 80 or higher and houses that were built 2012 or before. The RScore is a combination of the quality of comps and the discount off of list price. By setting the max year to 2012, this will remove any new builds from your search criteria.
