Today I went to my first networking meeting.  I met a financial adviser who has a client looking to sell her MHP.  So I am hoping to get her information soon.  I put a reminder to follow up with him next week.

I went from that meeting to a final walk through of my Willow Flip.  Then I went to closing.  We ended up doing a closing in escrow, due to the fact UPS was late delivering the title that his ex wife had to sign off on.  So I don't officially have ownership as of now.  For those of you who don't know what closing in escrow is, it is where my money is held by the title company until the deed can be produced.  The seller will get paid when the deed is produced.  This also changes the pay off amount for his mortgage.

After the closing I called a few...quite a few people to put in the septic tank.  Everybody seems to be too busy at the moment.  You would think this would be a big job that they would be all over.  Seeing as it needs a new tank and field.  I will have to follow up with a few tomorrow, and try to get one started.  I don't know why I wasn't working on this before closing.

I did go to the Willow flip house (with the sellers permission) to start to clean things out.  He left a ton of personal items, so my brother-in-law and I wanted to see if we could find anything good.  I got an old compressor, some tools, and a few nick nacks.  There were old tv guides, and  readers digests and some catalogs from the late 70's.  So if those are worth keeping let me know.  I did call a girl who owns an ebay store to see if she wants to take some of the stuff.  If I get some $ for it, awesome.  If not, oh well.

Thank you for reading my blog.  Please follow me.  If you have questions, please ask them, and I will do my best to answer.
