A Day in the Life 7-8-2015

Willow Flip:

I met with another guy who does septic fields today at the house. He will get me a bid tomorrow. Hopefully that is some good news. During Demo, we noticed almost all of the joists were bad, and are in the process of removing them. This is what the house looked like today:  Sorry for sideways pic, couldn't figure how to flip it back.

As you can see, all that is left is some of the walls.

I also met with one of my partners on another house at the flip to show him how it is going.  He is newer to the RE game, so I thought it would be good for him to see.
