Partner With An Experienced Investor
I've been told "Sometimes you've got to toot your own horn so people know what you do". So I'm a tootin'!
Real Estate Investing is something I've been involved in since the 1980's! And I'm looking for partners with cash or self directed IRA's who are interested in learning how to profit from real estate. (If you want more specifics you can "private message" me and I'll explain what I'm currently doing and how you can partner with me in one of two ways).
I know I know, you're asking yourself "how do I know he knows what he's doing". This might help: A couple years ago I wrote: "How To Sell A House Fast - The Rent To Own Solution".
If you haven't read it, you should. Seriously. It's good. I know because as I said, I wrote it! My previous blog post here on biggerpockets were pulled from a chapter in the book. I may pull it off Amazon soon to update small parts of the book with new info or just write a new book altogether.

I got this book because I have sold homes using rent to own, and I wanted to check it out and see if I could learn anything new, or if this author was full of baloney. I knew as soon as I read the section where he cautioned readers NOT to mention the purchase option in the lease that he knew his stuff! This is important and several OTHER books I have read have told sellers to put mention of the purchase agreement in the lease...not a wise thing to do.

This book outlines an outstanding system for real estate investors. I have been in business for myself for many years and am presently in the process of selling a business and looking at semi-retirement. I am not ready to fully retire (and doubt I ever will be) so I've been researching various real estate investment strategies and feel as though this methodology fits perfectly into my plans. This book is to the point and I believe it would be a worthy read for anyone that is researching or already involved in real estate investing. I specifically like the fact that this system is a win-win for both investor and the buyer that may be having difficulty securing traditional financing. Highly recommended reading. Thank you Michael.
