CalHFA announces changes to California downpayment assistance programs

Long Beach, CA., The California Housing Finance Agency announced Friday (6/26) that it was changing the income limits and maximum loan amounts to certain down payment assistance programs effective July 1, 2015. See your local lender or visit CalHFA. 

The programs affected by the changes are:

CHDAP

 CalPlus FHA

 Cal-EEM + Grant 

MCC (Mortgage Credit Certificate Tax Credit Program)

&

 ECTP (Extra Credit Teacher Purchase Program
