Amazing REIA Experience

Today I attended a workshop through the Great Lakes REIA in Independence, Ohio. The topic of the workshop was Wholesaling The Right Way.

For all Ohio wholesalers, the information presented today was priceless. I do not want to be another uneducated real estate investor. This course provided a plethora of valuable insight. The biggest take home for me was this: intent to close. If a wholesaler leads a seller to believe that they are able to deliver and have their property sold within x amount of days- and then they do not keep their word... It not only is wrong but is also considered fraud.

The motivation should not be focused on how much money is in it for me. It should be how can I solve this person's problems?

I am venturing into the wholesaling business the right way. Will you?
