The procrastination is over. Now it's time to dive in.

My wife and I are on a journey to become financially independent through real estate.  We have decided to start Flipping Houses.

Books/courses ordered and on their way.

I have previous experience with investing back in the days of "No money down".  I lived in Milwaukee at the time and I am now in Florida.  I did it then, so I can do it now.(Being positive).
