The individual properties in our Bulk REO Packages have an ARV (After Repaired Value) of $75,000 to over $200,000. Our Bulk REO Packages are Nationwide and contain properties from many different States. Our Bulk REO Packages are not customizable.Property lists released upon qualification for loan on a case-bycase basis.
