A New Beginning

So much has happened since my first attempt at Real Estate last year in 2014 (May 19) filled with lots of failures and some successes, hasty decisions and well planned strategy.

On July 3, two days before my 10-year anniversary of being a Louisiana resident I passed my National Real Estate exam after two attempts. As of yesterday, July 14, I passed my state exam on my third attempt. All in all, I have been feeling relief that all that is done (at least until I get ready to study for my Broker's exam haha!). Everything that I want and need to do all hinged on me passing on this exam and I did it! NOW ITS DOWN TO BUSINESS!

Congratulations! As they say, we should not just dream about success but work for it. Best of luck!
