What type of end-buyers should l seek for A-B B-C closing when using tranactional funding?

How do you find qualified end-buyers to for these type of closing?

  2. Fent- You need to post this question in the forum but I find all my end buyers through my agent. Either on the MLS or through his buyers list. Sometimes I'll find a buyer off craigslist.
