link to cost vs. resale value article

Hey all,

Sorry I haven't posted in awhile.

In a forum that I responded to a few months ago, I mentioned that there are studies done at least once a year concerning the cost versus resale value of home improvements.  Some investors have complained that appraisers don't give them enough value on their improvements.  This study might go a long way in helping investors understand the correlation between the price versus value.
