Outsource every task except the ones that generate undervalue property

Jill and I are finishing the filming of Land Academy 2.0; Infill Lots today for Black Friday launch (yes it's Sunday). Chapter 7 is called "Chasing Zero" (it is a huge hit at our live events). It's all about eliminating tasks, events, to-dos, and responsibility in real estate transactions and generally in life to free up time and resources to work on what matters and more importantly what is fun. As an example, we to eliminated all the keys from our lives. A few hundred dollars and a couple of hours later we have eliminated all the keys (and the time and expense associated with them) from our lives for good.

Old man pathological weirdo? Maybe. Check out the last picture. We get hundreds of real estate transactions done a year (millions in equity generation) because of this methodology.
