Welcome

My first vulnerable truth in this journey is how ridiculous I feel about having set this "blog" up because it will interesting to see the context and how I hope it will evolve.  I have shadowed my husband in our real estate venture.  My short story - Our first house was a duplex; my husband is handy; our tenants paid most our mortgage; we looked for more property (another duplex); landed an 8-unit; bought another duplex; converted it to a single family that we now live in; renting our original duplex; all is well and I am now attempting real estate full time while my husband prepares to do the same eventually.  On my own now, I am realizing all the things I DO NOT KNOW.   I am spending lots of time reading so I can confidently seek new properties.   I hope to get some saavy followers and others I can help to inspire.
