My name is CHAYO BRIGGS and I am a Real Estate Investor and I need a HARD MONEY LOAN (Rehab) in the areas of Ohio or Michigan ASAP. The homes are paid for but most lenders want a 650 FICO.

 WE HAVE SEVERAL TENANTS WAITING WITH SECTION 8 CONTRACTS. Help SAVE, SAVE my HOMES!

I am willing to take 40-50% LTV. or if someone is interested in investing in 1 of my homes to have a rehab done, I will be willing to give 10-11% on your money. The cost of the rehabs are 3-$4,000.00 and the rent return is $425.00 a month take home. I have tenants waiting, but do not have REHAB Money , but I am willing to split the rent. The rehab is only a 1 week to complete. If interested please please let me know. I have several other homes and tenants are waiting. We can do a Contract.
