Real Estate Investor Exit Strategy letter

     I am a Real Estate Investor and I need an exit strategy letter for a lender and interested investor. However, I do not have a written exit strategy letter, but I know what my intentions are to do with the funds. My plan is to rehab the property and sale the property to make a profit and repay the loan etc.
