Hamptons Real Estate - Should I move to a different house?

I have had clients that needed to expand into a larger home because they have a larger family and I have had buyers looking to downsize into a smaller home as they no longer need all of the space. Moving should be a calculated decision based on wants and needs and determining if it makes sense in your current situation.
