Hiring Professionals - Real Estate Expert
In today's video, I discuss the importance of hiring professionals when it comes to your real estate. Before I became a real estate agent, I really thought real estate agents were useless and that I could find deals on my own and sell my own deals. That changed when I aligned myself with a real estate expert who was performance based and what I realized is that a full-time Realtor / real estate expert that is fully committed to the business with a track record can be a valuable asset. In this video, I discuss the importance of finding a real estate agent.
1. Full time Realtor - will have the advantage of knowing the local market and knowing all of the loopholes and issues that may show up during the closing of a transaction
2. Negotiating - a seasoned real estate expert agent will know how to play the game. I look at real estate as the ultimate game of poker. Do you know who is bluffing? Do you have strategies to influence and persuade?
3. Expert in the area - they know the schools system, the "hot" pockets of the neighborhood, they know where people are transitioning to and where the activity is.
