5 Real Estate tips when selling your home
In today's video, I discuss 5 real estate tips you can use when selling your home. These real estate tips will ensure you know the issues that you have with your home before bringing it to the open market. These real estate tips will help you enhance your home and give you the best chances of selling your home for top dollar in a short amount of time.
1. Get a home inspection on your house to identify what issues and/or problems currently exist with your home
2. Organize and clean your house. Perception is reality and by having an orderly and clean home will only help you.
3. Get estimates of the repairs that need to be done to the house (roof estimate, septic tank replacement, etc). Use the home inspection to point out the trouble areas. If you decide not to make the repairs, at least you will have an idea of what the cost is to repair.
4. Gather all of the paperwork - appliances, warranties, history of the home, etc
5. Spruce up your curb appeal - make your home attractive before the buyer even walks inside. Make them want to see more.
