Real Estate Tips - Are you a new agent?
In this video, I discuss some quick tips I shared with a new agent in our office. In my opinion, the fastest way for a new agent to start generating business is to start making phone calls to their sphere of influence and letting everyone know that they are in Real Estate now. You have to start looking at your phone as a weapon, a weapon that will produce the results that you want.
From those phone calls, your sphere of influence will now know you are in real estate and your sphere of influence will likely help connect you with new people now and in the future. I have met other service professionals through my existing sphere of influence and as a result have been referred business.
The bottom line, connect with people openly and honestly and focus on providing value to everyone you meet. Continue to stay in front of everyone you speak with and continue to grow your sphere of influence one person at a time. In the end, you will have created a tribe that refers you business and that trusts you.
