     It's imperative to get all the loan information BEFORE you even start processing a real estate lead. But, sometimes the seller simply doesn't have all the loan information. In this video training, we process a lead with Coaching Client Raheru as we attempt to figure out the best way to approach working with a seller that doesn't know what she owes and doesn't know the lender name. Sometimes we must get in investigative mode to put the pieces together just to get started figuring out what our EXIT STRATEGY will be.

     In this lead, we go over how to fill out the Authorization to Release Information doc. I show you how to get the seller's info and their social security number, because we need that to talk with the lender.
