⚠️We got 9 offer on this house

What up BP fam,

Do you wonder how to get sellers to accept your real estate offers in this crazy market today? Well, the fact is if you're going to buy on market w/ a realtor, most buyers have to pay over asking price and more than what the house is going to be appraised for.

Today let's take a look at a house flip we just finished. We listed it on the market and got 9 offers in the first weekend. This is a $125k, 2 bed, 2 bath condo that's considered affordable housing in the Virginia beach area of Hampton Roads. We'll go over the different moving parts like the price, inspections, appraisal, closing costs, earnest money deposit & financing inside each contract offer so you can see which one is the best. Further, I'd like to know which offer you'd choose as well.
