Interview with my Hard Money Lender

Good Money Monday BP,

One of my goals is to hang out with people that are smarter, more experienced, and have more money than I do. My mentor told me years ago "I don't care if the real estate market is going up, down, or even sideways.... We can still get paid in real estate."
Last week I had a very rare opportunity to record some very candid conversations with my hard money lender.. Mike Krumbein has been lending money since 2000 and is still going strong today. He let me ride with him to a deal he's financing for me, and I got a chance to ask him some great questions about life, business and what type of people he lends to. 

This man has some real wisdom and I consider myself lucky to spend time with him, and you should too. I recorded about 40 mins of him covering all aspects of how to be successful in the REI business.
