I had a Tenant Eviction GO BAD, 2 Part Video

Good Money Monday BP,

Doing my latest eviction, it seems as though things don't always go as planned, or as the law permits. In this eviction, I was hired by a local landlord to assist in getting her family member out of her house. It seemed as though she hadn't received rent in over 10 months and it was time to part ways. Sometimes it can be hard to rent to family, I guess..

In this 2 part video training, you'll see why the Portsmouth City Sheriff isn't always owner friendly when it comes to taking possession of your house. We stood in the rain for hours while the sheriff negotiated with the owner and the tenant. Every time I think I know a lot about real estate, something happens that shows me I don't know enough. Watch this live 2 part eviction to see what goes on the mind's of tenants & to see how landlords sometimes aren't treated fair in the "system". The tenant seems to be going about her day as usual as if nothing is going to happen. Unbelievable!!!!

ps- If you need an assistance with your real estate deals, simply shoot your question over!
