I'm half-way done with this 2nd floor addition

     After cutting off the roof, and framing in a 900sf addition, this reno is just about half-way complete. It's been very challenging to say the least from city inspections, load bearing walls, soil reports, architect drawings etc.etc.. You name it, and we've covered it in this reno. Today, we're hanging sheet rock and these guys are moving at light speed. They already finished upstairs before I could get over to the house.

     I'm also taking you into a hard money lender inspection where we verify work is being completed to release the money from the lender to the borrower. You simply never know what a day is going to entail when it comes to real estate. Watch and learn then apply to your business.
