We're tearing down a house TODAY!

Good Money Monday BP,

     We bought a house recently to add a 2nd story on top, but after looking closely at the size of the land, it turned out the highest and best use would be to subdivide the land to create 2 new construction houses. Yes, it's amazing how 1 could equal 2 and how you can create something out of nothing in real estate. That's why I love it so.. Thank you God!

    In today's training, we've got an excavator on site tearing down a house. I thought it would take all day but he actually tore the full house down in about 45 mins. It's funny how it takes years to grow the trees, then 3-6 months to build, to only destroy it in a few moments. I'll show you how we subdivided this land into 2 lots which will bring back twice the return. Keep in mind when you're looking at houses there could be some hidden value in the land, not just in the house. Watch and learn how to look for value in land and what a live tear down looks like.
