My Nastiest Eviction EVER!

Good Money Monday BP Fam,

      Happy Veterans day! and thanks for your service if you were ever in our armed forces. In my efforts to raise your financial literacy, I want to make 100% clear that we must stay vigilant if we want to protect our wealth. Jim Rohn says all good gets attacked and real estate is no different. Since I deal with high risk tenants, I often have the task of evicting people for not paying rent. Lease Options aren't the pretty side of real estate, but since I've already got a nice down payment, I never really mind doing evictions.

     Today, I'm bringing you to a live eviction where I meet the sheriff and put peeps out on the street. It's amazing how nasty and foul some peeps will live in this country. Sometimes when I walk into houses, I think I'm in a 3rd world country but nope, it could be one of our neighbors. So watch and learn as you see the dark side, the not so pretty side, how filthy a person can leave a house when they're being evicted. And this was a couple with a new born baby, UUGGH!!!
