Good Money Morning BP,

      Today we're going to a house we bought a few months ago. We actually did a partnership w/ the seller but we still had to buy it Subject To, to get the property out of their name and into the Land Trust. I'll show you before and after a light renovation so you understand sometimes you don't have to fix EVERYTHING in order to sell for top dollar.     
     Pay close attention to the kitchen and bathrooms so you see how we save tons of money but get high return when it comes to the property showing well. Further we'll go over the numbers so you see how I bought it with NOTHING DOWN and used a flat fee broker to save that 3% listing fee as well.
