First encounter with ominous beast...

Call them, leave a message.  Call a couple days later, same voicemail.  Two days later get a return call... Explain to the homeowner how I can help save them from the foreclosure blemish on their record, hope for a positive response, only to hear "I don't care what happens, let the bank take it back".  Counter response "there will likely be judgements and leins that will haunt you".  "I don't care, I don't need any credit, I don't need to buy anything".  These last 6 words are probably the farthest from the truth, if only the homeowner knew it now?
