Hi! My name is Julian and I'm a commercial real estate broker based out of Newport Beach CA. 

I'm really into bigger pockets, so I decided to make this very casual blog about my experiences both in brokerage and in trying to become an investor.

Right now, I'll chart my growth as I go from a broke broker ( hey, there's the name of the blog) to successful investor. It's kind of like 2 broke girls the tv show, except this doesn't completely suck.

I want this to be extremely casual, so I might be foul from time to time. But I'll also try my best to be as honest as I can.
