Bad Reps

I keep reading all these wholesalers keep getting a bad rep for themselves and instead of being discouraged I feel more empowered. The difference between myself and all other wholesalers in Minnesota is I am out to help not only the sellers but the buyers too. I'm not a person to take advantage of people and also not a person to make unrealistic numbers to tell buyers. That's why I'm going to be different I'm going to learn how the flippers analyze properties and how buy and hold investors analyze properties. That way depending on what kind of investor you are I will know how you run your numbers and I will be able to give you numbers that you can trust. That's the difference I'm willing to go the extra mile most wholesalers won't go and learn how to flip and buy n hold properties. 

I love the fact most buyers haven't found a good wholesaler in MN. That means once I connect with even just one buyer, he will be impressed and we will continue our business together. Through that I guarantee my business will travel by word of mouth because there are not many good wholesalers in MN.
