Who is Joel Rodriguez?

Born and raised in Cuba, I have lived in Chile, Spain and currently in USA, I studied computer programming, but I have done a lot of different jobs during my migration traveling: construction, sales, performing, teaching, technician, etcetera. 

2016 has just begun:

• I'm currently living in Miami, Florida, 
• I'm working in sales full time since 2013. 
• I have been studying under the guidance of Biggerpockets for six month approx. I have never feel so motivated, focused and willing to take responsibility for my future. I have been listening to the podcasts, recommended audio books and reading everything I can. 
• I will be transitioning to Real Estate step by step, for now I am getting my license, looking forward to work with investors and other agents.

MDLA REAL ESTATE is the name of my future company, together, with a group of wonderful people, we are going to master the ACQUISITION, REHAB, MANAGEMENT, SALES and FINANCE of Real Estate in our area!

Well this is me, Joel Rodriguez, dreaming? yes, but taking action.
