The introduction. How it all started.
I am in the process of removing all my blog entries to my privately hosted blog website.
Feel free to find the blog entry here.
I hope there will be questions and interaction as I am trying to help those that want to get started with investing.
Please refrain as much as you can from private messaging me and post on the blog so I don't have to answer the same questions several times. Any questions you do not feel like asking in public feel free to pvt message me.
Every time when I move a blog entry to my new site I will keep the entry summary here with a link to the full entry.
Summary:
This is my first entry. I had no idea what I was doing and had no idea where to start getting started. So I decided to introduce myself and talk a bit about who I am and what my intentions are. I talk about what I do for a living, how much I look like a monkey and how determined I am to "make it"

Ha! Funny. Sounds like you've had some adventures, Jerryll. Welcome to real estate investing... it's a pretty fun place to "play". I wouldn't want to do anything else. And you're right, it's not rocket science... but with the skills you have as a rocket scientist, it will come in handy as you analyze opportunities and build systems. Keep us informed of your progress!
