CONTRACT SOLD!!! Within 10 Hours

So I haven't written a blog in a while on BP. This is because I transferred my blogs to my personal sites. I did this to reap all the SEO and backlinking benefits it has. Regardless. I have great news. Got an other contract signed, and within 10 hours found a buyer to buy the contract with a nice fee involved.

I have written a step by step diary as this adventure unfolds. So this is not a competed story with a happy end.. no no, this is a diary style entry.

Last week I got a contract signed and just yesterday I got the contract successfully assigned.

Next phase is closing.. I will document that as well as it happens.
