Tomorrow is the day

Tomorrow I am signing an other contract. This one will be very interesting. 

I wont say much for now other than, am a bit nervous.

More on this tomorrow if I do indeed sign it!

My question is, would anyone buy a deal for 105K if the repairs were 35K and the ARV 203K?....
