Real Estate Investing is sexy!  Millions of people each year see the shows on HGTV about flipping houses, or hear about someone in their community making big money buying and renting homes.  They want in!  But they don't know where to start.  Of course Bigger Pockets is an excellent resource for education.  But for a lot of people education isn't enough to get off the fence and into the game.  I believe there is a 'best way' to get started in REI, and I'll share that with you in my video.
