Good News Continues

This might be a little early to report it but I am already seeing additional inventory in the Cash Flow Rental properties in my chosen market.  These properties usually require 8-10K in make ready repairs and won't go FHA.

As I have reported in previous posts I had been hearing this was coming but I didn't believe it, until now.

I saw several new listings that meet my standard criteria in the MLS .

Lets hope the good times continue
