June Wrap Up

Can you believe that half of the year is already behind us?

 Anyways I wanted to write up a quick summary of June highlights in our business.

 1) First we completed the Rehab of the Ugly House and turned it into No Longer the Ugly House

2) We closed on 2 more deals at the end of the Month - names to be determined shortly - Both great deals

3) We have a 3rd property in excrow.  It was supposed to close 60 days ago but the seller can't get clean title.

4) we have 5 additional offers outstanding and will likely get 2 or 3 of them

5) Secured additional Private Money :-) 

6) Filled last Vacancies and have Zero vacancies across 120+ doors (Note we have 2 evictions)

June was a great month and we are finding more and more deals.

Plus Private investors are finding our aquisition reports and writes ups very interesting and we are expanding our Private Investor Network.
