Here's the deal: I was in Dallas, TX most of last week working some upcoming tax foreclosure sales with a gal who I partnered with. She'll remain nameless by request.
The result?
During that week, we laid out a solid outline to get her up to speed on the whole tax foreclosure strategy as well as crafted a customized plan of attack for her to work on a weekly basis.
What's her motivation? She was notified last month that December will be time for her to find new employment. Yeah, that lil' ol' federal stimulus didn't exactly make it's way to her company so she was highly motivated to blaze a new trail instead of trying to look for yet another job.
Anyway, I'm glad to report that in addition to getting her all set up to "go it alone", we were able to lock up 7 land deals during my week long stay in the DFW area.
The profit? Let's just say it's pretty much off the chart. Actually, it'll be somewhere around 500% ROI when it's all said and done.
Cool? Well, she's just getting started but she's already way ahead of the majority of wannabe investors who just dream about or talk about doing deals but can never seem to catch a break do to the recession.
This stuff is flippin' easy when you get dialed in on the whole 'big picture'.
