Starting out KC Metro Homes only worked on the remodeling and selling of homes. But within the last year was have adopted a new step to our process. Not only do we find homes for our Buyers but we also find them tenants and take care of all of the hassle for them. When we look for tenants we use a realtor and do background checks to see if they are a fit for the home. After placing a tenant in the home, we also keep up on all maintenance and rent payments so the buyer can have a stress free rental experience.
