Blogging on BiggerPockets With Blackberry

This is my first blog post I've ever posted with my Blackberry. I prefer writing my post with my laptop, but I'm excited about a contact I made with an investor who found me on BiggerPockets that I just want to share my experience right now from the pizza place I'm sitting in tonight. Today a builder called me after finding my BiggerPockets profile. He has a house he was building for a customer who ran out of money. He needs an investor partner who can help him buy the property and close within 3 weeks. I'm doing my homework tonight and tomorrow on this deal in Alexandria, VA. So far it looks good and I hope to put the deal together in the next few days.

  1. This deal took time to develop and negotiate because it needed short sale approval from the bank. We closed on it and I opted to collect an assignment fee rather than partner for a long term rehab project.
