Falls Church Investment Property

Today I had some contractors come to bid on the rehab of a 3400 SF one level ranch house on 1.5 acres in Falls Church.

We will be closing on the property before the end of the year. After rehabbing it, we plan to list it at a competitive price for a fast resale.

Most of my real estate investing is in the Manassas area of Prince William County, but I'll always do a deal in Fairfax County when it comes my way.
