Shaking Hands and Spilled Coffee

The contact is signed!

Okay so remember the home owner that counter offered? Well she called back late Friday and she accepted!! We signed the contract yesterday after church. We met at Starbuck and put the ink to the paper. I can't even describe how nervous I was. My voice was shaky, my hands were shaking, and I almost spilled my coffee. Overall it was a good experience. She did have some questions and thankfully I spent the weekend in my bathroom mirror practicing for this very moment. My next steps are as followed

  • Send contract to title company
  • Market, Market, Market!
  • CLOSE

I've placed ads on CL and Zillow. So far I've gotten 1 phone call and 1 email response.

I wanted to send a huge thank you to @Sabrina Taylor for helping me through it all!

  1. Thank you @Jessica A. Smith for allowing me to give and help you. Im grateful to be able to push you towards your goals and dreams!

  2. Thanks @Shanequa J. This property was actually from my absentee owner letters.

  3. That's awesome. It's good to read about others' success stories. Is she the probate house owner?
